After several investigations, full of activity, we are excited to be going back to see what else happens! It feels like we have only scratched the surface with our recent visits. With the rumoured murder of lady Valence as one of the key points, what will we find when we go back to Valence House?
Join Fright Nights London and Essex returning to Valence House Museum, a house that dates back to the 1400’s and is still surrounded partially by a moat! Agnes De Valence lived at Valence House until her death in 1309. Agnes was said to have been murdered with a dagger that was supposedly retrieved from the moat & she supposedly still haunts the house & grounds to this day!
The other well known spirit is that of Eliza Luxmore who died at Valence House in 1913. Elia is the mother-in-law of Thomas May who was the last private resident of Valence House. Her ghost is sighted regularly and she is a small elderly lady dressed in black who appears as a real person.
