The tour was better than I thought.
I had high expectations of the tour. I love ghost tours and been on a few. Rachel was AMAZING!!! Of course they can’t guarantee any spiritual experience but Rachel was very kind and cared about those people that did have one. She was so informative and knowledgeable. Her stories were fascinating and enlightening. Definitely do a tour with Rachel.

Thank you, what a kind person you are. I really do appreciate you taking the time to do a review. It's so true, you can't guarantee an experience, and sometimes it's challenging for those who do touch on the past in this way. It's a privilege to be a tour guide and to share and explore our little island home with our visitors. How lucky are we! Take good care.

Tour was intriguing and entertaining!
My partner and I enjoyed the ghost tour with our host in her long cloak and her spookiest voice, telling us tales of the dead as she took us through the darkness on a walk through the historical cemetery and old convict buildings. The spooky tales, old historical surrounds and darkness invoked a sense of eeriness. Did not experience any ghostly apparitions, but definitely had fun looking for some.

So glad you enjoyed your tour. It's an evocative place the old town, even if you don't have other worldly experiences. Eerie is so the right word, I could never walk through there on my own, nice to be with friends old and new! I think it so remarkable the number of people who do have experiences, and as you say, some who just have fun looking.

Authentic informative ghost tour
Rachel is a fantastic guide. Her knowledge of the history and happenings made this an extremely interesting night. Believe in spirits? Then Rachel has some eerie, hair raising stories that talk of sadness, humour and love. Don’t believe in ghosts? There’s every chance you’ll find it hard to deny they exist after this tour.. As for Rachel’s home made chocolates - the best morning be ever tasted!!
The only improvement on this tour is she could sell her chocolates as well ??

Thank you for your lovely enthusiastic review! It's a light hearted look at what is sometimes a very dark and difficult subject. It's about peoples lives after all, and not always are there happy endings. I so enjoy taking out the true believers and sharing stories. Strange happenings indeed.
