Cancellation Policy

Private tours are non-refundable.

Public tours (Franklin Charm and Grim & Ghostly) are refundable for any reason 24 hours or more ahead of tour start time. Cancellations between 1 and 23 hours before tour are refundable at 50%. One hour before or less is considered no-shows, and is not refundable.
