Cemetery Strolls

This fall we return to the oldest part of Maple Leaf Cemetery to try something different--ghost stories!

Follow your guide as we meet storytellers each with a never-heard-before ghost story to tell in dramatic fashion about our local area.

We will circle the Old Mausoleum and entry will be included into this beautiful building which is normally only open to family members who have made a viewing appointment.

Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to explore the mysteries of the cemetery in the safe company of others.

• Entry into the normally closed Old Mausoleum decorated with lanterns, candles and fall decor hosted by a cemetery restoration Volunteer who can answer your questions and provide a brief summary of some of the notable people buried here.

The tour begins in the Legion Chapel the second building on the left as you enter the Cemetery from Park Street and the only building with hydro, heat and a washroom.
